Don Mamone’s decade long career as a Director of Events at Hilton Hotels throughout southern California culminated with his role as the Director of Events for the renowned Beverly Hilton Hotel. His time in this fast paced high profile hospitality career instilled in him the importance of customer service and relationship management and was the origin of his People First, Then Profit philosophy. The success of each event was largely dependent on the hotel team and professional partners he curated and trusted to design, construct and execute the vision of his most discerning clients.

Determined to pursue a life long passion, Don and his wife Emily opened their Texas based photography studio, The Mamones, eight years ago guided by and based largely on these same principles. Now an award winning business specializing in wedding, event and fine art photography from Dallas to destinations around the world, The Mamones are confident that this success is due in no small part to their People First, Then Profit philosophy.
